1、 Main purpose
WDS digital electronic universal can perform mechanical property testing and analysis research on metal, non-metal and composite materials, and is widely used in industries such as aerospace, petrochemicals, machinery manufacturing, plastic rubber, ceramic building materials, metal materials, construction engineering, as well as higher education institutions, research institutions, technical supervision, quality inspection stations and other departments.
WDS digital display electronics can be equipped with different attachments according to standards such as GB/ISO/ASTM/JIS/DIN, and can be used for tensile, compressive, bending, peeling, shearing, tearing, puncturing, bursting, and various high and low temperature tests. It can also detect parameters such as yield strength, tensile (compression, bending) strength, elongation, non proportional strength, and elastic modulus of materials.
2、 Host structure
The WDS digital electronic universal testing machine adopts a dual space structure, with upper space stretching and lower space compression and bending. The host part consists of a portal frame consisting of four columns, an upper crossbeam, a middle crossbeam, and a worktable. The speed control system is installed at the lower part of the worktable, and is driven by a servo motor with high speed control accuracy, wide range, and stable performance through a synchronous toothed belt reduction system to drive the ball screw pair to rotate. The ball screw pair drives the middle crossbeam and drives the stretching attachment (or compression, bending attachment) to move up and down, realizing the loading and unloading of the sample. This structure has advantages such as high stiffness, high efficiency, and stable transmission.
3、 Comprehensive testing platform
The WDS digital electronic universal testing machine uses a microcontroller as a hardware platform to accurately and real-time collect and process data. The measurement and control interface is gentle, intuitive, clear in hierarchy, and easy to operate.
4、 Test force measurement:
Load measurement: High precision spoke load sensors are selected, coupled with a high-performance measurement amplification system, to ensure high resolution of the test force. Multiple sensors can be configured according to user needs to achieve measurement of a wide range of experimental forces.
5、 Displacement measurement:
The WDS digital electronic universal testing machine adopts a 2000P/R high-precision photoelectric encoder and a precision screw to rotate coaxially. The measurement position power control system is achieved through digital circuits. The full digital servo controller is used to control the high-performance servo motor to drive the synchronous toothed belt, driving two pairs of high-precision gapless precision screw drives. It has the characteristics of smooth loading, good low-speed performance, gapless, high transmission efficiency, low noise, and smooth transmission.
